认知目标
1.能理解并掌握单词:holiday, National Day, call, Bund, Star Lake, Shanghai Museum, go fishing.
2.能正确地运用文中出现的日常交际用语,Where did you go for the holiday? I went to... . What did you do...? Did you... ? Yes, I did./ No, I didn’t.
能力目标
1. 能正确地理解并朗读文本内容,并能在教师的引导和帮助下复述课文。
2. 能理解课文内容,并能尝试用文中的交际语采访同学,叙述同学假期。

T: we can visit them on our holiday . what holiday do we have ?
S: We have the summer holiday , the winter holiday , T: we have the May Day holiday ,the Mid –Autumn festival holiday ,and a week ago ,we had the National Day holiday .(Teach  the National Day Holiday PPT)
T; we have many holidays in our life ,and Mike and Liu Tao also have many holidays ,now please listen and tell me “What holiday are they talking about?”

Ss: Guess: Maybe, he wanted to …(play with him /go fishing with him /do homework with him )
T: Ok .all of you have good guessing ,but we’re not sure of  our answer, so we will study harder ,and then we can find the right answer. ok boys and girls let’s  come on! (置疑)
T: Liu Tao and Mike are talking about their National Day holiday, but where did they go for holiday?
Ss: Watch cartoon and answer: Liu Tao went to Shanghai , Mike went to the farm.(单词贴各自头像上方)
T:Liu Tao went to Shanghai on holiday, what did he do there?
Ss: read P26 the first part and answer: Liu Tao went to the Bund and visited the Shanghai Museum.(跟读单词, 图片贴黑板)
T: Liu Tao went to Shanghai because his aunt lived there, and he also saw many interesting things in Shanghai. (补充)Well now we know Liu Tao’s holiday, how about Mike’s? What did he do on the farm?
Ss: read P27 the second part and answer: Mike picked some oranges and went fishing.(图片贴黑板)
T: Well, did Mike catch any fish?
Ss: Yes, he did
T: Yes, and he caught a big fish.(板书:catch - caught). Till now, Can you answer: Why did Mike call Liu Tao?
Ss: Because he wanted to give Liu Tao the fish! (释疑)
T:but, did Liu Tao eat the fish?
Ss: No, he didn’t
T: Why? Where’s the fish now?
Ss: Mike ate it.(板书:eat - ate)
