Some colours make us feel calm and peaceful. Blue is one of these colours. Wearing blue clothes or sleeping in a blue room is good for our mind and body. Blue can also mean sadness. So you can say "I'm feeling blue " when you are feeling sad. Orange is the colour of joy. It can bring us happiness and cheer us up .If  we feel tired and weak, we can wear the clothes of this colour. I think it can make us feel energetic. Green can  also give us energy ,because it is the colour of nature. it can give us new life. Red represents power and strength. This colour  can make it easier for us  to take actions.
